Ofel Bisnar, new COO of PHINMA University of Iloilo

Ofelia Odilao Bisnar, MBM 1988, was appointed Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President of PHINMA University of Iloilo effective July 2020. She is currently affiliated with Food for Hungry Minds School, Inc. and Bayan Family of Foundations Inc. as a member of the Board of Trustees. She served as President and CEO of Makati Medical Center College in 2012.

Ms. Bisnar was AAAIM Philippines Chairperson from 2009 to 2010. From 1997 to 2006, she headed three departments at the Asian Institute of Management--director for Placement and Alumni Relations (PARO), executive managing director for Institutional Marketing, and executive managing director of Student Services, Admissions, and Registration (SSAR).
