Notice is hereby given that the Annual Membership Meeting of the Alumni Association of AIM, Inc. - Philippines (AAAIM) will be conducted on May 31, 2025, Saturday at 2:00 p.m. - 4:00p.m. The venue will be at Function Rooms 1-4, Ground Floor, AIM Conference Center, Benavidez corner Trasierra Streets, Makati City, Metro Manila. Following SEC approval of the amended AAAIM By-Laws, the Batch Rotational Framework (Article XI, Sec. 4) invites representatives from the following celebrating batches to the AAAIM Board of Trustees (2025-2027):

1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016, 2021

Important Dates:

• Batch Assembly: April 23, 2025, 4:00 PM, Function Rooms 1-4, AIM Conference Center. Batch representatives must attend to confirm their nomination. A hybrid option will be available if necessary.

• Proxy Submission Deadline: May 9, 2025, 5:00 PM. Batch representatives must coordinate with their batches to submit proxy forms.

• Annual Membership Meeting: May 31, 2025, 2:00 PM, Function Rooms 1-4, AIM Conference Center. A hybrid option will be available if necessary.
