Lisset A. Laus-Velasco, MBM 2000, chairman and CEO of Laus Group of Companies and Global Cars Philippines, Inc., received the Woman Entrepreneur Award at The Entrepreneur of the Year Philippines 2022 awarding ceremony held on November 21, 2022 at the Grand Hyatt Manila.
The Woman Entrepreneur of the Year is awarded to an individual who has shown exemplary management excellence over time, making her a trailblazer in her particular field of business. In Laus-Velasco's case, it is the male-dominated automotive industry.
