Victor Jose I. Luciano’s exceptional contribution to the airline industry through his leadership with Transnational Air Services Corp., Asiana Philippines, GSA Inc. enabled him to bring his outstanding experience and skills to head both the Clark Development Corporation as EVP/COO and now Clark International Airport Corporation as President and CEO.

At the helm of CDC, he contributed to the advancement of indigenous entrepreneurship, encouraging the development of the Sacobia valley into a tourism and agro industrial project that will benefit its Aeta residents.  His leadership in contributing to the robust growth of the DMIA had also been creating jobs and means of livelihood as more tourists visit the Philippines via the Clark airport, which is now the new premier gateway of the Philippines and a major site of a logistics and services hub in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2008, Frost and Sullivan recognized the DMIA with the 2008 Frost and Sullivan Asia Pacific Airport of the Year Award for the airport serving below 15 million annual passengers.

His leadership has enabled the airport, considered as the economic engine of Central Luzon, to post phenomenal growth in passenger volume and direct investments and has infused a new lease of life into business in the region.
