AIM Alumni Association Taiwan conferred the Triple A Award to Mr. Shih-Chi “David” Chang, MM 1993 last April 26, 2019, in Taipei City, Taiwan.
In his more than three decades in the construction industry, Mr. David Chang has long exemplified a determined commitment to the betterment of the institutions he has been connected with. Acclaimed by his colleagues for being hard-working yet adaptable, David’s unique brand of humble, dedicated service is a shining beacon of a leader who leads by example.
He remarked “As an alumnus of MM 1993, I have carried the torch of enlightenment that I learned from this portal of education to the real world of the construction business for almost 26 years. Through this award, I have fulfilled my dream of becoming a person most relevant not only to that business community but also to the society for which I have directly or indirectly served in my career and will continue to do so.”
AIM Alumni Association Chapter President and Triple A Awardee, Mr. Pi-Chuan Chen, MM 1995, Honorary Chapter President, Mr. Tsai-Tang Yang, MM 94, Triple A awardee, Mr. Tien-Cheng Lee MBM 1973 and former Chapter President, Mr. Ching-Kuo Hsiao, MM 1990 conferred the Triple A medal and trophy to Mr. Chang.
Mr. Chen shared “After his returning to Taipei, we finally had the opportunity to hand over AIM Triple A award to Mr. David S. C. Chang, the awardee of year 2019. He has been working hard to contribute to our friendly countries on infrastructure constructions. We all believed that only people having been those remote regions personally understood how difficult and important those projects are. We were so happy to share the honor and joy with David.”
